NCSL Annual General Meeting

The meeting was called to order at 8:33 pm.

I.         Roll Call

Roll call indicated that the following clubs were not in attendance: Annandale Boys & Girls Club, Arundel Soccer Association, Davidsonville Athletic Association, FC Dulles, Fredericksburg FC, Hagerstown Soccer Club, La Plata Soccer Academy, Leesburg Football Club, Montgomery Soccer, Springfield South County Youth Club, St. Mary's Soccer, Winchester Youth Soccer Club, Woodbridge Soccer Club

FC Frederick made a motion to approve the minutes of the June 12, 2018 meeting. Alliance Soccer Club seconded. A voice vote was taken, all were in favor and the motion passed.

II. Approval of All Actions of the Board of Directors, Officers, and Executive Committee since the last Annual General Meeting

FC Frederick made a motion to approve all the actions of the Board of Directors, Officers and Executive Committee of NCSL since the last Annual General Meeting. Takoma Park. A voice vote was taken, all were in favor and the motion passed.

III. Elections for Office

The following candidates were presented for terms to be served 2019-2021:

Vice President: Eric Popiel

Treasurer: Anne Maynes

There were no nominations from the floor.

FC Frederick made a motion to approve the candidates as presented. Premier Athletic Club seconded. A voice vote was taken, all were in favor and the motion passed.

A motion was made and seconded to adjourn. A voice vote was taken, all were in favor and the motion passed.
