NCSL Annual General Meeting

June 15, 2015

The meeting was called to order at 8:50 pm.

1.  Roll Call

Roll call indicated that the following clubs were not in attendance: Baltimore Bays; Herndon Youth Soccer Assoc.; La Plata Soccer Academy; Potomac Soccer Club; Severna Park; Southwestern Youth Assoc.; Thunder Soccer Club; and Woodbridge Soccer Club.  

Minutes for prior AGM meeting were unavailable.

2. Approval of All Actions of BOD, Officers and EC.

Motion to approve all the actions of the Board of Directors, Officers and Executive Committee of NCSL since the last AGM was made, and seconded.  Motion passed unanimously.

3. Elections for Office

Two officers were up for reelection.  Stephanie Dorah, Vice President, and Anne Maynes, Treasurer.  Motion to approve the nomination of the 2 officers was made and seconded.  Motion passed unanimously.

4. Adjourn

Motion to adjourn, motion passes.  Meeting adjourned at 9:05 pm.
