We are delighted to share with you the attached press release, which announces that Ryan Rich has been hired as NCSL’s first Executive Director.  Ryan played his youth soccer in Virginia before playing college soccer at Princeton.  He is currently a club technical director and is a “B” licensed coach.  His first day will be August 1, 2018.
